OTOJOURNALISM - In the series of Yamaha Indonesia's 50th Anniversary, Yamaha donated the installation of a Yamaha Clean Water (YCW) type 008A unit in Seloliman Village, Trawas District, Mojokerto Regency, East Java. A device capable of producing as much as 8,000 liters of clean drinking water for the needs of 400-500 heads of families per day.

The handover ceremony at the Handover Ceremony of the Yamaha Clean Water Supply System Project Seloliman Village, Mojokerto (22/7) in Seloliman, Trawas District, Mojokerto.

Attended by the Regent of Mojokerto Regency, Ikfina Fahmawati and a number of regional officials, Dyonisius Beti as President Director & CEO of PT Yamaha Indonesia Motor Mfg. (YIMM), Takeshita Naotaka, President Director of PT Yamaha Motor Nuansa Indonesia (YMNI) who also serves as Vice President Director at PT Yamaha Indonesia Motor Mfg. (YIMM), Made Darsana Polak, Chairman of the Darma Pertiwi Foundation, Robert Tamsil, President Director of PT STSJ, Rudi Jamari, Director of YIMM, Linda SH, Deputy Director of YIMM.

"On behalf of the Mojokerto Regency Government and on behalf of all the people of Mojokerto Regency, especially the people of Seloliman Village, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to PT. Yamaha for its assistance to our community and I am very sure that Yamaha's assistance is very beneficial for our community," said Mojokerto Regent Ikfina Fahmawati

Regent Ikfina also hopes that with the CSR assistance in providing healthy drinking water, it can bring blessings to the entire community, especially the residents of Seloliman Village.

"Hopefully it will be useful and I am sure it will be useful and hopefully this will provide goodness for PT. Yamaha for its performance and dedication to the community, especially in Mojokerto Regency," she hoped.

The government and community of Seloliman Village, Trawas District, Mojokerto as recipients of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program as part of the celebration of Yamaha Indonesia's 50th Anniversary are very enthusiastic about Yamaha's noble activities.

"We are very proud and grateful to receive assistance in the form of a water purifier from Yamaha. This tool is very useful for meeting the need for clean water, and can improve the economy of our community. This tool can be useful for increasing income and PAD for the Seloliman village community," said Rais Selalu, Head of Seloliman Village.

Dyonisius Beti as President Director & CEO of PT Yamaha Indonesia Motor Mfg. (YIMM) in his remarks at the Handover Ceremony of the Yamaha Clean Water Supply System Project hopes that Yamaha's CSR can be useful in meeting the need for clean water and improving the community's economy.

"We hope that when this unit is operating optimally, it can provide a significant impact and extraordinary benefits for the Seloliman Village community and its surroundings in a sustainable manner. Especially in terms of improving the economy through the clean drinking water management business unit, which is managed directly by local human resources," he said.

Takeshita Naotaka, President Director of PT Yamaha Motor Nuansa Indonesia (YMNI) who also serves as Vice President Director at PT Yamaha Indonesia Motor Mfg. (YIMM) said.

The Yamaha Clean Water Supply System itself has met the need for clean drinking water in many regions in Indonesia, such as Java, Bali, Sumatra, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, and also Papua. Today, Yamaha's commitment to meet the need for clean drinking water for the people of Indonesia, we have again carried out by building the Yamaha Clean Water-008A Unit for the residents of Seloliman Village," he said.
