The survey of forest, agricultural and especially water ecosystems was conducted by the Daya Pertiwi Foundation from June 2023 to early January 2024 quite extensively, covering the Province of East Nusa Tenggara (NTT), Bali Province - in Bali-mainland and Nusa Penida Island, and in East Java Province. Funding for the survey in NTT and Bali was funded independently by DPF, while the survey in East Java was funded by PT. Yamaha Indonesia Motor Manufacturing (YIMM).

The DPF Survey Team with a joint team of staff from the PUPR Service, the Environmental Service (Dinas LH), the Cultural Service, and the Village Community Development Service (Dinas PMD), Sub-district Heads and Village Heads was conducted in Bali. Meanwhile, in West Manggarai Regency, NTT, it was conducted by staff together with PUPR. The survey in East Java covered four districts and from all the surveys that had been conducted by DPF, a checklist was made, and several criteria were assessed including social (including community response), culture, ecosystem, availability of springs or rivers, and community needs. Finally, in Seloliman Village, Trawas District, Mojokerto Regency, East Java Province. All components surveyed support Yamaha's criteria for providing CSR grant assistance for the Water Purification System, and the Daya Pertiwi Foundation (DPF) provided a grant to the village of a building to function as a marketing office (also a warehouse for mineral water production stocks). Thank you for Mr. Tirtha's donation through DPF for this building and marketing training for the village community.

The Mojokerto Regency Government, sub-districts and villages welcomed this project very well and the Regent inaugurated this project on July 22, 2024, attended by local government officials, the president director of PT. Yamaha PT. Yamaha Indonesia Motor Manufacturing (YIMM), President Director of PT. Yamaha Motor Nuansa Indonesia (YMNI) and the Yamaha Board of Directors as well as the Yamaha community and various related parties as well as local, national and Japanese journalists.
